Team Branding Session Pricing

Our Team Branding Session pricing is split into two parts: (1) the session fee and (2) the cost of the images you choose.

You’ll only be billed for the session upfront—then you can select and purchase just the images you love afterward, with no minimums and no pressure.

Step 1: The Session

Our sessions and pricing are designed to give you the flexibility to choose exactly what you need. At your photo shoot, you'll be able to view your team’s images. Shortly after your photoshoot, you’ll have access to your private online proof gallery where you can view and select your favourite images to purchase. Images are purchased in addition to the session fee. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no obligations. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Team Branding Session

Depending on your team size you’ll receive either 2 or 3 hours of exclusive access to our studio and photography team. Multiple wardrobe changes and use of available studio backdrops, sets and props are all included. In this session, we shoot both head and shoulders (waist up) as well as full body posing.

Teams 2-4 people: $899 (up to 2 hours)

Teams 5-10 people: $1349 (up to 3 hours)

Step 2: Purchase your favourite images

After your photography session, choose your Final Delivered Images to purchase. Each purchased headshot receives our professional retouching service including: removal of blemishes, stray hairs, under-eye correction, teeth whitening and clothing lint. They look natural and are perfectly polished. Delivered in high-resolution JPG digital format perfect for websites, signs, billboards, print material, and social media. Retouching services come with our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Extraction

$35 / image

Provides you with a version of your retouched headshot with a transparent background. Delivered as a high-resolution PNG file. Must be purchased together with a retouched headshot.

What is included in our Professional Retouching Services?

All final delivered images include professional retouching

Standard professional retouching service includes:

  • Stray hair removal

  • Removal of blemishes 

  • Reducing shine on face

  • Reduce under eye bags

  • Reducing wrinkles

  • Whitening teeth

  • Whitening eyes

  • Removal of glare in glasses

  • Image cropping

  • Exposure and colour correction

Standard professional retouching does NOT include:

  • Adding or removing large portions of hair

  • Braces removal

  • Moire Removal (colour or patterns caused by certain fabrics)

  • Changing the colour of hair 

  • Significant creases or wrinkles in clothes

  • Background removal, change of background colour, or inserting another photo in the background of your headshot

  • Taking pieces from one photo and swapping it with pieces in another photo

  • Changing your clothing in any way

  • Making you look 30 years younger

  • Making you look like a movie star (unless you are a movie star)

  • Please refer to what is included because this list could be very long!

All of our retouching services are done at our discretion. For any additional retouching outside of our Standard Retouching Services, we can provide a quote upon request.
