Roaming Event Video Coverage

At One Tree Studio, our roaming videographers capture the essence of your corporate event as it happens—discreetly and professionally. From networking moments to keynote highlights, we document real interactions and behind-the-scenes energy to create compelling video content perfect for post-event recaps, marketing, and social media.

We offer flexible options for video coverage (Production) and final deliverables (Post-Production).

Part 1: Event Video Production Pricing

(Please note: Production services do NOT include delivered video files, which are found under Post-Production)

Roaming Event Coverage - Half Day (up to 4 hours): $1499

Roaming Event Coverage - Full Day (up to 8 hours): $2499

Additional Hours: $399/hr

Add-ons:

Audio Recording from Venue Mixing Console: $250 half day / $400 day

  • Cost for production team to set-up audio recording device to pull microphone feed off of the AV's sound board. Audio will be recorded in full-duration and synced up with video recording in post-production stage.

Basic Event Interview Add-on: $499

  • Add interview setup to the event (using existing videographer) lighting, grip, audio, single camera angle. (Host provided by client)

Part 2: Event Video Post-Production Pricing

Event Highlight Video (~2mins) $1499

  • Rate for video editor to produce a 2-minute Sizzle/Recap video featuring the best content captured during the event. The final video will include a music soundtrack, branded intro/outro logo sequence, and be delivered via private link within 10 business days of the event.
    Includes one round of revisions.

Add-ons:

Content Supply Full Archive $350/day

  • All unedited footage delivered via link or hard drive (decided by One Tree Studio)

For conference sessions recordings, extended video edits, etc. please contact us and we would be happy to provide a tailored quote that meets your needs.

Hybrid Photo+Video Roaming Event Coverage

One professional photographer/videographer (combined)

  • Photos:

    • High resolution image files delivered in a private online gallery for downloading and sharing.

    • Gallery hosted for one year from event date.

  • Video:

    • ~2 min Event Highlight Video with licensed music bed.

    • 1 Revision included.

Pricing:

  • Half day (up to 4 hrs): $2999

  • Full Day (up to 8 hrs): $4299

  • Additional Hours: $499/hr

Additional Video Options:

  • Content Supply Full Archive: $350

    • All unedited footage delivered via link or hard drive (decided by One Tree Studio)
