Larger clients can receive a dedicated, company-branded landing page with online booking.

Share the page with employees during onboarding, after a promotion, or whenever a new headshot is required. Staff can choose their own appointment time and receive all necessary preparation information automatically.

How it Works

1. We establish your company’s look

Share examples of your existing team headshots. We’ll review the lighting, background, framing, crop, expression, and finishing style needed to create a cohesive match.

If your organization doesn’t yet have a defined headshot style, we can help establish one.

2. Send employees to the studio

When a team member needs a headshot, simply direct them to book an available Company-Matching Mini Session. We’ll guide them through preparation, posing, and expression during their ~10 min appointment.

3. We handle the details

The employee selects their preferred image, and we complete the professional retouching and polishing. Your company receives the final files and is billed directly according to your account arrangement.
