Our team loves to capture the epic corporate events that are happening all across Toronto and beyond. We get to see lots of great venues, and we have to say - we loved Ricarda’s! The venue is absolutely beautiful. As photographers, we always appreciate venues that allow lots of natural light, and Ricarda’s has that in abundance! The dramatic architectural details provide the perfect backdrop for Toronto’s top events.
At this corporate event, guests were treated to an abundance of delicious food and drinks. Who doesn’t love s’mores?!
The masterminds behind it all was the fabulous team at Hageman Events. This group of professional planners go above and beyond every single time. They are truly a pleasure to work with!

When updating headshots for a large company, the task can seem daunting. Scheduling appointments, organizing files, picking favourites: is it worth the hassle?
When Wavemaker contacted our studio about new headshots for their large company, they were pleased to find out that we have the workflows in place to make the whole process simple with amazing results (if we do say so ourselves!)
Simple Steps to Amazing Company Headshots:
Convenient On-Location Photo Shoot: For groups of any size, our team will arrange an on-location photo shoot with all the benefits of our professional studio. We bring your choice of backdrop colour and our flattering studio lighting. We can also use the environmental background at your location.
Easy Online Scheduling: Once you’ve selected your photo shoot date, we’ll send you a custom online scheduling website link for your company. Share this link with everyone who needs to participate in the photo shoot and we’ll take care of the rest. Each person participating signs up for the time slot of their choice. They can easily reschedule their time slot if needed.
Headshot Guidance: We’ll also send you an information page to share with your company with tips on what to wear and how to prepare for amazing headshots.
Smooth Sailing: On the day of the photo shoot, our specialized high-volume workflow allows us to move through large groups of people quickly in about 2-3 minutes per person. Our stylist will help with stray hairs and clothing lint so each person is looking their best. If your package includes professional retouching, each participant will have the chance to select their favourite headshot for retouching immediately after their appointment.
File Naming: If you are using these headshots internally, our file naming system will make your life easier. You many not know everyone’s name in a large company, so our system attaches names right to the headshot files.
Easy Delivery: 1-2 weeks after the photo shoot, we’ll deliver a complete gallery to you with all of the proof images and all of the professionally retouched images each person selected. We’ll also send out individual emails to each participant with their own headshots. This means that you don’t have to worry about distributing the files afterwards. If you need a faster turn around time, just ask. We can accommodate rush requests if we know in advance. We also have the ability to deliver images instantly - ask us about this service for your company.

A Stanley Cup photo booth - yes please! Check out this amazing event at the Toronto Hockey Hall of Fame where our team served guests with a luxury photo booth experience.
Are you a hockey fan? Well then, holding your event at Toronto’s Hockey Hall of Fame is a dream. After speaking with the staff, apparently the venue is booked every night of the week and weekend for private events. What a spectacular place!
It was our pleasure to serve guests at a private event this fall with our Pro Studio Booth service. This luxury photo booth experience provided guests with unlimited portraits as they hugged, kissed, and posed dramatically with the Stanley Cup.

Cardiac Smash: Toronto Event Photography at The Rec Room
Cardiac Smash 2018 was a huge success, raising $100K for the Heart and Stroke Foundation! Check out the photography from their amazing ping-pong event at The Rec Room in Toronto.

Companies and professionals got together to raise life-saving funds for heart disease and stroke research and for the chance to win the title of Cardiac Smash Ping-Pong Champion.
The event was a huge success! $100K was raised benefiting the Heart and Stroke Foundation!
The Rec Room was the perfect venue. Players had lots of room to mingle and eat while they enjoyed some great ping-pong games. Our team was thrilled to be a part of this successful event!
Rogers 2017 Leadership Conference | Toronto Headshot Photographer | Mobile Photography Studio
New corporate LinkedIn headshots for the executives from Rogers Communications at their Leadership Conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
One Tree Studio Inc. had the pleasure of serving the executives of Rogers Communications last week at their Leadership Conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. As executive business men and women, it's a challenge to find the time to update headshots for use on LinkedIn and on the corporate website.
One Tree Studio Inc. has developed our Pro Headshot Booth service that provides studio-quality headshots, quickly and conveniently for large numbers of people. We provided 715 headshot digital images to attendees of the conference in 6-hours of shooting time. That boils down to 2 headshots images per minute, delivered immediately onsite via email or text message at our digital image sharing stations. Now that's quick!!
Our team has perfected our mobile studio workflow down to an exact science so that headshot participants can get back to the conference or get back to business with a minimal interruption in productivity. Rolling out the Red Carpet for dentalcorp
One Tree Studio Inc. had the pleasure of providing our photography services at Dental Corp's annual Partner Conference 2016 held in Toronto. Guests enjoyed their time at the Park Hyatt Toronto, Oliver and Bonocini's Malaparte, and at The One Eighty throughout the weekend. They also enjoyed a screening of "Brain of Fire" at TIFF. One Tree Studio provided a red carpet photo experience, event photography and a live slideshow throughout the successful event.
One Tree Studio had the privilege of providing an assortment of photography services at dentalcorp's 2016 Partner Conference in Toronto. This fantastic weekend was great opportunity to showcase the variety of first class photography we provide. With our event photography, our Pro Studio Booth's red carpet experience, and our live slideshow of images - our team had dentalcorp's event completely covered.
The conference was held at the Park Hyatt Toronto. Spouses enjoyed a private fashion show and refreshments at Holt Renfrew on Bloor St.
After enjoying a screening of the film "Brain on Fire" at TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival), the guests headed to Oliver and Bonacini's Malaparte for the red carpet treatment and cocktail reception. One Tree Studio provided our red carpet photographic experience in our Pro Studio Booth and the guests received framed photos to take home and enjoy. With our talented photographers, beautiful studio lighting set up, pro camera gear, and instant image displays, the guests were captured with the most flatering light and were able to see their images right away. We are always raising the bar when it comes to providing a premium mobile studio experience!
On Saturday, One Tree Studio provided event photography and a live slideshow experience as the guests enjoyed celebrating 5 years of success at The One Eighty in Toronto. Guests were able to enjoy our images right away on the large screen TV. The evening was a huge success and was topped off with a brilliant sunset from the 51st floor.
Magen Boys did a fantastic job coordinating and providing the entertainment for the incredible night.
The entire weekend was coordinated by Julie Fotheringham and Rebecca O'Toole, the amazing and talented team at Hageman Communications.
