Each year, BMO brings together its marketing team from across Canada for an annual all-hands meeting. While these gatherings allow attendees to collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen connections, they also create a rare opportunity to provide every employee present with a consistent, professional headshot during a single event.

Vanity Fair Style Portrait Booth for Awards Gala: Toronto Four Seasons Hotel
Take a peak at the stunning event portraits at Bloom Burton’s 2022 Awards Gala! Fashioned and posed to imitate Vanity Fair’s style, guests felt like celebrities as our team pampered them with the ultimate photo experience!
Dressed in gowns and black tie tuxedos, guests came ready to walk the red carpet at Bloom Burton’s 2022 Awards Gala! Bright minds and achievements were celebrated on the stage, but also captured in our event portrait photo booth! Guests were treated to 5”x7” portraits of them together with their favourite colleagues, friends, and partners.
For this event, we brought four of our team members. One photographer was dedicated to creating Vanity Fair style posing; one was on camera, making sure the lighting and settings were perfect for each photo; one was on computer, providing quick edits and adjustments before sending the photos to the printer and custom slideshow on the large viewing screen. Our last team member made sure the prints were perfect and mounted in custom linen black photo folders, complete with Bloom Burton branding in gold embossed lettering.

Trade Show Headshots: Brand Marketing that Works!
Check out how Loblaws treated their employees to new professional headshots at a recent internal trade show. People were able to update their LinkedIn headshots and everyone was so excited to receive such a valuable gift!
Loblaws was holding an internal trade show for their own employees and was looking for something special to give everyone. They contacted us looking to create a great headshot experience that would help their team boost their professional image on the internal company intranet and on LinkedIn.
The ice-cream station was pretty popular, but so many people were super excited to see that they could receive valuable new headshots as a gift from their company!
Our team arrived early to set up in the trade show space and treated the Loblaws staff to a first-class headshot experience. After visiting our quick touch-up station to tame stray hairs and remove clothing lint, they had their headshots taken in our professional studio setup with Dave, one of our lead photographers.
In a few seconds, each participant received their headshot files directly to their inbox, including a custom message from Loblaws.

What an adventure!
Our team has travelled to photograph lots of conferences and events, but this was our first trip to the west coast. Everywhere we looked, we wanted to snap pictures. Whistler, and really all of British Columbia, is absolutely breathtaking!
The masterminds behind all of the event planning and details were the professional planners at Hageman Events. Julie, Gloria, and Rebecca are the dream team that you need for your next corporate event.
The conference, with over 400 delegates, was held at the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Whistler. The carnival-themed supplier show on the first evening was a great way to start a busy few days.
The planning team thought of every special detail: axe throwing, bull riding, zip lining, and champagne on a gondola up to Whistler Mountain were just a few of the many highlights.
Our team provided not only the event photography throughout the conference, we also had a studio set up so where delegates could have their professional headshots taken. Conferences are a great time to have everyone update their professional profiles with new headshots. These headshots were stylized with our signature black and white treatment.
On the final night, we provided our luxury photo booth experience with photographers, custom photo folders, and 5”x7” print enlargements.

Celebrity appearances by Beverly Thomson of CTV News, Sean Carrigan and Christian Le Blanc from the Young and the Restless were a special treat. And of course, our own local heroes of the Markham and Whitchuch-Stouffville Fire Departments were there in uniform helping to raise money for the centre.

It was a pleasure to serve the amazing team of AccorHotels executives at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, Quebec! Guests of the conference were thrilled at the opportunity to quickly and conveniently update their professional headshots. They were even more surprised that they could receive the images instantly by email!
Our team came well equipped with lots of hairspray on this humid Montreal day, and we helped each participant look their best. 741 headshot images were delivered instantly!

It was an incredible night at the prestegious Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa. The Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation turned back the clock to the '70s and hosted a night to remember! This gala is the largest of its kind in the Markham, Stouffville, Unionville and surrounding communities and raised funds for the expansion of the Interventional Radiology (IR) program at Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Executives from across Canada were treated to an incredible day with some of Canada's top athletes and trainers at the Pan Am Sports Centre in Toronto. One Tree Studio had the privilege of providing the event photography services.
One Tree Studio had the pleasure of providing the event photography at a Business Leaders Challenge at the Pan Am Sports Centre in Toronto. Executives from across Canada had the opportunity to meet some of Canada's top trainers and athletes who have competed in the Olympics, Paralympics, and Pan Am Games.
The coordinators took the group through a rigorous day of physical challenges and inspirational sessions about physical fitness, mental fitness, nutrition and action planning. It was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to have exclusive access to world-class athletes, leading trainers, and an incredible venue.

Step One: Touch Ups
Our professional makeup and hair stylist will treat conference attendees to a quick touch up! This makes a huge difference in the final images and people love the pampering! Hair spray for stray hairs, lint rollers, de-shine powder for a matte skin finish, and blush and contour highlights for those who would like a little more colour. We're there to help everyone look their best!
If you'd like to offer people something extra special, our team can also provide more than touch ups - they can provide full hair and make-up services on location!
Step Two: Headshots
Our professional photographer spends 1-2 minutes with each person, posing them for a flattering image. We provide at least 3 images per person on multiple backdrops so that guests can choose the look that best suits them. In the video below, you can see that we've provided a black, dark grey, and a high-key white look to each participant. Custom colours are available. We've carefully chosen the most flattering lighting that looks fantastic! We shoot with Canon pro DSLR cameras and L-Series lenses for incredibly crisp, high-quality images.
Step Three: Edit and Export
Our image technician quickly edits the images, adjusting exposure and applying our custom One Tree look to each image. When everything looks just right, they send the images to the iPad kiosks and to the live slideshow of images. Our slideshow scrolls through the images we've taken at your event along with any sponsor advertising you'd like us to include, so that participants know exactly who they can thank for the headshot experience.
Step Four: Email Images
At our Image Sharing Stations, participants use our iPad kiosks to easily email or text all of their images and receive them immediately! Within minutes, people have their new headshots and can update their LinkedIn profile pictures!

Rolling out the Red Carpet for dentalcorp
One Tree Studio Inc. had the pleasure of providing our photography services at Dental Corp's annual Partner Conference 2016 held in Toronto. Guests enjoyed their time at the Park Hyatt Toronto, Oliver and Bonocini's Malaparte, and at The One Eighty throughout the weekend. They also enjoyed a screening of "Brain of Fire" at TIFF. One Tree Studio provided a red carpet photo experience, event photography and a live slideshow throughout the successful event.
One Tree Studio had the privilege of providing an assortment of photography services at dentalcorp's 2016 Partner Conference in Toronto. This fantastic weekend was great opportunity to showcase the variety of first class photography we provide. With our event photography, our Pro Studio Booth's red carpet experience, and our live slideshow of images - our team had dentalcorp's event completely covered.
The conference was held at the Park Hyatt Toronto. Spouses enjoyed a private fashion show and refreshments at Holt Renfrew on Bloor St.
After enjoying a screening of the film "Brain on Fire" at TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival), the guests headed to Oliver and Bonacini's Malaparte for the red carpet treatment and cocktail reception. One Tree Studio provided our red carpet photographic experience in our Pro Studio Booth and the guests received framed photos to take home and enjoy. With our talented photographers, beautiful studio lighting set up, pro camera gear, and instant image displays, the guests were captured with the most flatering light and were able to see their images right away. We are always raising the bar when it comes to providing a premium mobile studio experience!
On Saturday, One Tree Studio provided event photography and a live slideshow experience as the guests enjoyed celebrating 5 years of success at The One Eighty in Toronto. Guests were able to enjoy our images right away on the large screen TV. The evening was a huge success and was topped off with a brilliant sunset from the 51st floor.
Magen Boys did a fantastic job coordinating and providing the entertainment for the incredible night.
The entire weekend was coordinated by Julie Fotheringham and Rebecca O'Toole, the amazing and talented team at Hageman Communications.

GRID & NEA's Ghana Hospital Fundraiser & Photo Booth

It was our pleasure to join together with hundreds of people on Friday night to support GRID & NEA's Ghana Hospital Fundraiser! The night was inspiring!
Dr. David Mensah and Dr. Jennifer Wilson and their amazing team presented plans for a fully sustainable hospital to serve the people of northern Ghana. Preparation is well underway to build a fully-equipped and staffed 50-bed general hospital in the town of Carpenter.
"Once completed, within the following two or three years, this fully equipped 50-bed general hospital will become the area's essential health care hub , offering specialized care, surgical care, outpatient clinics, eye clinics, OB/GYN and prenatal clinics, chronic disease management clinics, diagnostic imaging services and round-the-clock emergency services." We had the pleasure of capturing Upper Canada Forest Products' 30th anniversary celebration! UCFP is Canada's premier distributor of specialty products serving discerning customers in the architectural woodworking industry. An incredible company of hardworking individuals, the team at UCFP deserved this incredible event to honour their dedication to excellence.
The event was meticulously coordinated by Julie Fotheringham and her team from Hageman Communications. They pulled together a great group of professionals to help UCFP celebrate in style.
Presidential Gourmet provided a luxurious spread of fine foods and cupcakes. Matt Cooke and brothers, Tim and Nick Frank of Frank Brothers Guitar Company christened the evening with their sweet sounds. The hand-made Cuban cigars of Frank Correnti Cigars Limited were hand-rolled onsite and enjoyed thoroughly.
